What Perspect is
Perspect is a KLS Solution life coaching platform, in partnership with TCBSW. It is not a counseling, psychotherapy, medical, or crisis-care platform. Perspect coaches are not licensed counselors or therapists. A coaching certificate, academic degree, or experience does not substitute for a clinical license. Coaches do not diagnose, treat mental illness, provide psychotherapy, prescribe medication, or offer licensed clinical services here.
What we work on
Coaching supports everyday goal setting, priorities, habits, communication, practical decisions, and accountability. The member chooses goals and remains responsible for decisions. Progress and results are not guaranteed. Coaching does not replace care from a qualified licensed professional; a coach may pause coaching and recommend such care when needs exceed the coaching scope. You do not waive any statutory rights by signing.
Your choice and boundaries
Participation is voluntary. You may decline a topic, request a different coach, end a session, or contact the administrator through your portal. Fees, cancellations, and unused credits follow the separate service terms. Coaching does not establish a therapist–patient relationship or a promise of clinical confidentiality or legal privilege.
