Privacy policy and confidentiality acknowledgment
Information and access
KLS Solution operates Perspect. We collect account email and identity, private account name, public name or alias, city and state, age (not a stored birthdate), optional family counts, contact preferences, goals, availability, bookings, messages, payment references, signatures, and consent choices. Coaches also submit experience, ID, screening reports, and optional certificates. Only your account, authorized administrators, and coaches with an appropriate service need may access relevant information. Booked coaches receive goals, outcomes, and the contact number needed for phone sessions—not access to your identity uploads or signed legal-name records.
No optional sharing without authorization
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising, social media, testimonials, or research. TCBSW’s partnership does not authorize routine sharing of your records with TCBSW. A friend, relative, employer, or other outside person receives information only under your specific signed authorization, unless a lawful safety or legal exception applies. Choosing no optional sharing does not affect eligibility. Authorized recipients do not automatically get an account or live access to your records.
Necessary operation and exceptions
By accepting this policy you authorize necessary service processing by Perspect administrators, your booked coach, secure account and hosting/storage services, PayPal for payments, configured transactional email services, and the meeting provider used for your session. Only necessary information should be used. These providers have their own terms. We may disclose information required by law or valid compulsory process, for legally required abuse reports, or for lawful necessary safety actions described in the safety form. We do not promise that information is never disclosed under any circumstances.
Minimize sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance records, or unrelated health details. Birthday entry for age calculation is transmitted securely for that check, is not written to your profile or signed records, and is not a substitute for independent identity verification. Payment card details remain with PayPal. Legal names in signatures and coach identity documents are private, restricted records; an alias reduces public exposure but does not make an account anonymous.
Security, retention, and your choices
We use authenticated accounts and server-side access controls. No system is risk-free. Do not share accounts; use a private space and secure device. Signed agreements and payment/service records may be retained for contract, dispute, security, or legal needs. Contact the administrator through your portal for access, corrections, closure, deletion review, privacy concerns, or revocation of optional sharing. We review retention needs instead of promising immediate deletion of every record. We keep historical signatures and revocations so the record remains accurate. Material policy changes require a new acknowledgment.
