Apply to become a coach
An opportunity to support people with purpose, clarity, and care.
Coach with purpose. Build meaningful connections.
Perspect brings people seeking direction together with coaches who can help them reflect, set achievable goals, and stay accountable. As part of our community, you can share your strengths, choose the life areas you coach in, and make room for coaching around your own schedule.
A flexible way to serve
Set your availability and offer online, phone, or chat sessions. Members choose a focus, date, and time, then see approved coaches who fit their needs. Each appointment is a focused 30-minute conversation with room for a clear priority and a practical next step.
Support for your coaching practice
Your coach portal keeps your profile, availability, appointments, member goals, and session communication together. Perspect handles booking confirmations and tracks completed sessions and earnings, so you can focus on helping members make progress.
How you get started
- Complete the application below with your experience, focus areas, and available times.
- Activate your coach membership for $19.95 initially, then $9.95 per month. Cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Then upload your ID, background-check report, and any life coaching certification. You pay the screening provider separately.
- After administrator approval, your profile becomes available to members looking for your specialties. If you need training, explore the TCBSW or other certification options provided during enrollment.
- Meet with members, support their goals, and mark completed sessions in your portal so the administrator can review your earnings and submit payment.
Clear, straightforward coach compensation
Members pay $45.00 for an individual 30-minute session. Coaches receive 60% of collected coaching charges: $27.00 for that session, or $54.00 for two individual half-hour sessions. For prepaid monthly packages, your 60% share is calculated from the collected package amount allocated to each session.
Completed session earnings appear in your coach portal. The administrator reviews them and submits your payout through PayPal using your account email. Your $19.95 initial signup fee and $9.95 monthly renewal are separate from your coaching earnings. Membership does not guarantee bookings or income.
Perspect is a KLS Solution tool in partnership with TCBSW. Coaching supports everyday goals and personal growth; it is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, or crisis care. Review the application terms below before enrolling.
